Shipping Policy

Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • North America: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Cancellations

I accept cancellations within 3 hours of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
Damaged or Defective Items: if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will happily send a replacement.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
