1. Overview
At PrintMarkt, we are committed to ensuring your data privacy and providing you with full control over your personal information. In accordance with global privacy regulations and platform requirements (such as Etsy), you have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through the following methods:
- In-App Request: Navigate to your Account Settings and click on "Delete Account". Note that this action is irreversible.
- Email Request: Users may request deletion of their data at any time by emailing: info@printmarkt.co
All user account data and connected platform data (including Etsy data) will be permanently deleted within 7 days of the request.
Users may also revoke Etsy access directly from their Etsy account settings.
3. Types of Data Deleted
Upon a successful deletion request, we will remove the following information from our active databases:
- Personal profile information (Name, Email, Phone).
- Connected store credentials and tokens (e.g., Etsy API tokens).
- Design files and artwork uploaded to our platform.
- Billing and shipping addresses.
4. Exceptions to Deletion
Please note that we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Financial Records: Invoices and transaction history for tax and accounting purposes (usually retained for 7 years).
- Order History: Proof of fulfillment for active or recent orders to handle potential shipping disputes or claims.
5. Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days of verification. Once your data is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email.
