1. Data Collection & Usage
At PrintMarkt (a service of MDWALL LLC), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We only collect information necessary to fulfill your orders and provide our services.
- User data is NOT sold: We never sell your personal information to advertisers or other third parties.
- Service data: We use account names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and delivery addresses, order/payment records, uploaded images and production files to provide sign-in, account management, printing, fulfillment and support.
- Service providers: Data needed for a requested feature is shared with the providers described below, including payment processors, connected marketplaces, delivery services, email providers and Apple notification services.
2. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, protecting your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. We use industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to protect data transmission.
3. Third-Party Services & Data
We may use third-party services to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
Connected stores: When a user connects an Etsy, Shopify or WooCommerce store to PrintMarkt, we may access order data including order ID, product information, shipping address and personalization details.
This data is used solely for order processing, production and fulfillment. PrintMarkt does not sell or publicly display Etsy user data. Users can revoke Etsy access at any time.
Stripe and PayPal process payments. Payment references, payment status and saved billing details may be associated with your account. Connected shipping services, including Easyship and carriers, receive the delivery information needed to ship an order. Resend delivers transactional emails.
If you enable iPhone notifications, we store a device notification token, an installation identifier, language and account association. Apple receives the token and notification payload to deliver an alert. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings; signing out disables the device’s account notification registration when the request reaches our server.
When you choose the AI listing feature and confirm the prompt, the selected mockup image is sent to OpenAI to generate a title and tags. Do not include personal or sensitive information in that image. You can enter listing text manually instead.
Google, Facebook or Apple may process your sign-in when you choose that provider. Sign in with Apple supports a private relay email address. We retain the provider identifier and credentials needed to maintain or revoke the connection securely.
These third parties have access to your potentially personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. You can request permanent account and personal-data deletion from Settings → Security → Delete my account. We complete requests within 30 days. Records that must be retained for legal obligations, such as invoices and required transaction records, are excluded from deletion and restricted to those purposes. Account deletion also ends access to connected-store and notification services.
